Features, prices and availability are stated on product pages. Before submitting your order, check the items, contact details, destination, payment method and total in the checkout summary. You can correct your details before submission.
Prices and payments
Prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before purchase. You can use the methods displayed at checkout; cash on delivery is free and is offered only for deliveries within Italy.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs €0 within Italy, €15 to the other 26 European Union countries and €20 to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway, with no minimum order value. For Italy, BAGLY’s conditions specify delivery within 6 working days of order confirmation.
Unless a different period has been agreed, delivery must take place without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. If delivery does not take place, you may exercise statutory remedies, including termination where applicable. The risk of loss or damage passes when you, or a third party you designate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, except in the statutory case of a carrier independently commissioned by the consumer.
Order problems
If you notice an error or a problem, contact info@bagly.it and provide your order number. Subsequent price changes do not affect orders already accepted. There are no automatic substitutions with different items without agreement.
Withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason. The procedure, refund and optional form are described on the Returns and right of withdrawal page. Returns must be sent to Anna La Dogana, Via Signiola 9, 00133 Roma (RM), Italy, separate from the store’s business address.
Legal guarantee
For new goods purchased as a consumer, the seller is liable for lack of conformity existing on delivery and becoming apparent within two years. Under the conditions provided by law, you are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge and, where applicable, a price reduction or termination of the contract. For help, email info@bagly.it. These rights are separate from withdrawal for a change of mind and are not conditional on using a compulsory form.
