What data we use and why
- Orders and support: name, contact details, addresses, products ordered and transaction information, to handle purchases, deliveries and enquiries. The legal basis is performance of the contract or pre-contractual steps you request.
- Legal obligations: transaction and accounting records, to comply with tax and administrative obligations.
- Newsletter: email address and subscription choice, to send promotional communications based on your optional consent. You may withdraw it through the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting us. Subscribing is not required to make a purchase.
Information needed to handle an order must be provided so we can fulfil it. For the contact form, we use your contact details and message to respond to your enquiry.
Technical data and cookies
The platform may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device. The purposes, legal bases and retention periods of individual tools must be verified. Information on preferences is available on the cookie page.
Data recipients
The store uses Shopify. Data needed to provide the service may be processed by technical, payment, shipping and support providers according to their respective roles. The list of services actually used and the description of their roles still need to be completed.
Facebook & Instagram, Google & YouTube and TikTok integrations are present: this does not establish what data they transmit or whether they are active for each consent choice. These processing activities must be verified before publication.
Retention and transfers
Retention periods or criteria must be defined for orders, accounting documents, support, newsletters and technical data, distinguishing legal obligations from service needs. Any transfers outside the European Economic Area and the applicable safeguards must also be verified. It is not assumed that all data remains within the European Union.
