Withdrawal within 14 days
If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods yourself or through a person you designate other than the carrier. For several goods purchased in one order and delivered separately, the period starts on receipt of the last item.
How to notify us
Send an explicit statement to info@bagly.it or to Anna La Dogana, Via Signiola 9, 00133 Roma (RM), Italy. Identify the items and provide details that allow us to identify the order. You may use the form below, but it is not compulsory. To meet the deadline, send your notification before the 14-day period expires.
Returning the goods
Send the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal to: Anna La Dogana, Via Signiola 9, 00133 Roma (RM), Italy. You bear the direct cost of returning goods when you change your mind. Keep proof of postage.
Product condition
You may examine the product to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You are responsible only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose. Protect the product in transit and include the accessories received. The absence of the original packaging does not in itself remove your right of withdrawal.
Refunds
We will refund payments received, including the cost of the original standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen instead of standard delivery are not refunded. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been returned, whichever is earlier.
We will use the same payment method as for the purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise, at no additional cost. For cash-on-delivery purchases, we will agree a refund method with you at no cost.
Faulty or non-conforming products
If a product is faulty or different from what you ordered, email info@bagly.it. The legal guarantee is separate from withdrawal for a change of mind: statutory remedies are free of charge to the consumer, including necessary return costs.
