Necessary functions
Strictly necessary tools enable functions such as the cart, security and remembering consent choices. They are separate from tools used for non-exempt analytics, personalisation and advertising, for which consent is required where provided by law.
Your choices
The Shopify panel offers Accept, Decline and Manage preferences. You can reopen it using the “Manage cookie preferences” link and change or withdraw your choices. Continuing to browse alone does not amount to consent. You may also use your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may limit certain functions.
Tools to be verified
The store has Facebook & Instagram, Google & YouTube and TikTok integrations. Installation does not establish which trackers are active. The tools actually used must be recorded, including their name, provider, purpose, duration, category and behaviour before and after the user’s choices. The previous WordPress site’s list is not reused.

Local newsletter storage
The site uses the browser’s localStorage entries bagly-newsletter-seen-v1 and bagly-newsletter-subscribed-v1 to remember whether the form has been displayed and the subscription outcome. They remain stored until the site’s data is cleared in the browser; no fixed expiry is set. Their purpose and consent handling must be verified before launch.
